As a result, the Tribal Development Department, headquartered in Nashik, will transform 4,975 tribal villages in Maharashtra. Through this initiative, 12,87,702 tribal members from 32 districts of the state will experience social and economic empowerment.
The necessary funds for this campaign will be provided by both the Union and state governments. The initiative will start from Igatpuri tehsil of Nashik district.
