He said that his government had previously completed construction of Pattiseema project as Polavaram was getting delayed. "We had completed Pattiseema within one year and given water to Rayalaseema region. 32,000 cubic metres worth of concrete works were completed on a single day. Diaphragm wall of Polavaram had been completed in 414 days. 72% of the project had been completed in 2014-19 period.
