The administration in the capital has tightened its noose on coaching centres operating classes in basements. The move comes in wake of the deaths of three IAS aspirants due to flooding in the basement of a coaching centre in Delhi on July 27. The tragic incident prompted the Madhya Pradesh government to act swiftly against the coaching institutes violating building norms by using the basement to run classes.
