Chasing 173 for victory, the Royals were powered by Yashasvi Jaiswal's 45 and vital contributions from Riyan Parag (36) and Shimron Hetmyer (26) as they coasted home at 174/6 in 19 overs.
Rajasthan Royals will now lock horns with Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Qualifier 2 on Friday. Earlier, under pressure Rajasthan Royals put forth a sharp bowling effort to restrict Royal Challengers Bengaluru to 172/8.
