Following the Pune Porsche crash case, new data from the Mumbai traffic police (MTP) show that more than 2,502 people have been held since January for driving under the influence of alcohol, which is a criminal offence. While 74 minors were caught driving without a valid licence.

Reports suggest that the teen was drunk, yet the Juvenile Justice Board granted him bail.
