On the domestic front, encouraging data such as the Consumer Price Index (Inflation) coming to a 2-months low at 5.48% from the 14-month high of 6.21% in the previous month and expectation of 5.50% is something that will support the market momentum positively. After this, many are now hoping for a rate cut in 2025. This will also be supported by IIP data as well which came in around at 3.5% reflecting 3-month high figures.
