Chief minister Nitish Kumar is likely to review prohibition policy again before the assembly election as the liquor ban in Bihar continues to grapple with the problem of implementation flaws.
With the crucial assembly election due next year, Nitish may be tempted to make sweeping amendments in the prohibition law as even a section of women are getting disenchanted with the muchhyped prohibition due to poor enforcement of the law and liquor selling at higher prices.
