Submitted to the state government earlier this month, just days before the November 20 assembly elections, the report was prepared by retired additional registrar of cooperative societies Dr. Kishor Toshniwal. The report names 32 bank directors, two officers, and an auditor as responsible for the bank's financial collapse. Toshniwal recommended the full recovery of the amount from those accountable. Among those indicted are Mohite Patil, who faces liabilities of Rs 30.05 crore, and Sopal, who is liable for Rs 30.27 crore.
