ARTISTS will be challenged to "connect people with the ocean" as part of a huge new programme of culture in Plymouth. 'Sea for Yourself' aims to create a 'cultural legacy' in the city.
The city has been awarded more than £1.6m for the four-year project, which will see four major cultural commissions. Each will focus on themes such as making visible the invisible, archive and heritage, immersive environments, and outdoor installations.
