AN inspirational Plymouth woman who has struggled with her weight for years now feels like a new woman, after something "clicked" at Slimmming World.
For years, Yvonne Lamerton thought her weight reflected life's ups and downs. The 59-year-old is now four stone lighter after putting her yo-yo dieting trends behind her and joining Slimming World, "finding a long-term healthy lifestyle", which has seen her fall in love with running.
The Plymstock resident, who completed the Plymouth half-marathon this year, said: "I've been losing weight on and off for over 20 years. I've learnt that was part of my problem. I was always seeing it as being on or off.
