Callum Wright was the only one of the quartet to play a significant part in the Pilgrims' successful push for promotion as they finished as League One champions.
The others - Saxon Earley, Ben all had Waine and Tyreik Wright limited amounts of game time, which was in part because of injuries they had and also due to the outstanding form of those in the team.
Between the four of them, they combined for 23 starts (Callum Wright had 10 of them) and 26 substitute appearances in League One.
They also contributed seven goals, with Callum Wright getting four of them, Earley netting twice and Waine scoring once.
In lots of ways, it was a good opportunity to allow the quartet to get used to their new lives at Home Park, without the pressure of being forced to perform to a high level immediately, in the heat of an intense promotion battle.
Now, six months after joining Argyle, these four players are going into pre-season at the end of this month with the challenge of trying to become first-team regulars. Plymouth Live football Chris Errington assesses their prospects.
SAXON EARLEY
Saxon Earley did not have any first-team experience until the opening day of last season when he began a loan spell at League Two side Stevenage from Norwich City.
