A YOUNG Plymouth chef who works part-time while still studying for his A-levels has won an accolade for the second year running.
Last year Jayden Watson won the award for Best Showcase of Regional Ingredients at the South West Chef of the Year competition, co-founded by renowned chef Michael Caines MBE DL.
This year, he has again proved his potential as a culinary star of the future by winning South West Student/Apprentice Chef of the Year (aged 16-19).

Jayden is studying for A-levels in Business, Maths and Law at Plymouth High School while working at Lympstone Manor at Exmouth at the weekends.
He was up against young chefs already working full-time in high-class restaurants, but his dishes impressed the judges for the second year running.
