A PLYMOUTH dad known as a “joker” and described as the “life and soul of any party or event” has just one month to live. He has already survived cancer twice in his life, but has just been given a terminal diagnosis.
Jeff Parfitt is deaf and is considered “the joker of the deaf community”, but now his family are raising money to fund his funeral, after the 55-year-old was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer.
