A NEW housing development just completed in Plympton is offering affordable homes and options to ‘downsize.’ The homes were provided with Homes England funding and recycled grant funding from Westward.
New tenant, Joanne Woodhouse, who is a healthcare assistant for a local GP surgery has moved into one of the new properties and said she had waiting for three years for a home. She said “It’s all been such a positive experience, but it wasn’t before this.
“I live in a flat... but now that I’ve packed up my flat ready for the move next week I feel like it’s all been meant to be all along, that it was always meant to be that I got this bungalow. I’m delighted.”
Two shared ownership and three affordable rent properties are now ready for their tenants and shared owners at St Peter’s Close in Plympton.
