A MAN aged 31 who was arrested after he tried to steal a Plymouth Citybus at scissor-point has walked free from court. Police were called to the city centre on the evening of January 8, shortly after receiving reports that a man had been detained by two bus drivers in Royal Parade, near the Theatre Royal.
It was claimed the man had attempted to break into the cab of a Plymouth Citybus with the intention of taking the vehicle. During the incident, a bus driver sustained cuts to his hand.
