James, who is a mechanic by trade and previously worked in Asda, came up with the idea while working at the supermarket.
The 33-year-old felt there was a gap in the market for a mobile van as believes his business is the only one offering the service in Plymouth. He said: "I've had hundreds of messages, people asking for different areas, but I can only do so many. It's brilliant, I get to meet new people all the time. It's going really well. There was a lot of planning, trying to find the right areas. It took a while to get the route right."
