A PLYMOUTH mum says she is fuming after being banned from Buffet City “for life” after an incident at the restaurant.
Carolyn visited the Chinese eatery last week with her two children and says her daughter had a simple accident in the bathroom, leading to a blockage in the sink.
Carolyn’s 10-year-old daughter had gone to the toilet to wash a small dessert plastic cup that she wanted to take home for her kitten. But as she was washing it, it “went into the plug hole”. Carolyn then saw a member of staff waiting to sort the problem in the sink and the pair returned to eat their meal with Carolyn’s son.
At the time, Carolyn thought nothing of it. But after arriving a week later for her son’s 13th birthday with his dad and sister, Carolyn found out she was “banned for life”.
