A NURSERY on the edge of Plymouth is celebrating being rated ‘good’ by Ofsted after an inspection. Ladybirds Day Nursery was rated ‘good’ in every single category it was judged in.
The education watchdog visited the Brixton nursery, which cares for children between the ages of zero to seven - on June 26 this year. The nursery was previously rated ‘requires improvement’, with the inspector noting “considerable improvements since their last inspection”.
“They have worked hard to ensure the curriculum is ambitious and planned effectively to ensure all children succeed. Staff work well together to ensure children’s next steps are precisely tailored to meet their needs,” the report states.
