THE leader of Plymouth City Council has promised that Armada Way ‘will have a green canopy again’ as the authority undertakes a consultation over new plans on the site where tree-felling led to the resignation of his predecessor.
Cllr Tudor Evans said a new scheme would result in more trees than were there before, and which will be presented to the public later this month or early September.
