A WEST Devon wedding venue, set in the stunning landscape of Dartmoor, was once a humble cow shed on a working farm.
Now, it has been converted into a “rustic chic venue, where attention to detail is second to none”.
The Barn at Higher Beardon is the creation of Dena Louise Logan, who said she always dreamed of setting up a successful wedding venue. When the “perfect place” became available, Dena jumped at the chance to create a bespoke venue with a relaxed vibe.
The venue, near Lydford, opened in July 2022 and is expecting a busy summer. While some venues had suffered during the pandemic, resulting in some closures, Dena felt it was the “right time” to offer clients a stunning new Dartmoor location for weddings and events.
