CANADA's failure to provide security assurance to Indian diplomats facing threats from Khalistani radicals, forced the India Consulate General in Toronto to cancel consular camps over the weekend. The decision comes days after Khalistani elements indulged in violence outside a temple in Brampton, where a consular camp co-organised by the Hindu Sabha mandir was underway.
