Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday unveiled five guarantees of the MVA where elections for the 288-member Assembly are due on November 20.
One of the guarantees is waiving farmers' loans of up to ₹3 lakh. The other is the health insurance of up to ₹25 lakh to each family. According to the Congress, the loan waiver for the Congress will also include an incentive of ₹50,000 for those who regularly pay their loans.
