The proposed provisioning is an increase of about 20 percent over the previous year's budgetary allocation. While ₹416 crore is proposed towards the construction of non-residential and residential buildings for courts, ₹254 crore will be meant for the development of judiciary infrastructure and ₹47 crore for POCSO courts.
