Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mullai Muhilan MP has directed industries in the region to form committees dedicated to managing disasters and calamities within their respective factories and facilities.
Chairing the Dakshina Kannada District Disaster Management Committee meeting at MCF in Panamburu, the DC emphasised the need for small, medium, and large industries in areas such as Panambur, Baikampady, and Surathkal to be prepared for any potential disasters or mishaps.
