Techie suicide: Wife, her family members arrested

A week after 34-year-old software engineer Atul Subhash ended his life at his residence in Bengaluru's Marathahalli, his estranged wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania, and brother-in-law Anurag Singhania have been arrested on charges of abetment of suicide.

The trio, during questioning, is said to have claimed innocence and have been remanded in judicial custody.

Nikita's uncle, Sushil Singhania, who has also been named as an accused by the Marathahalli police, is yet to be arrested.
