REJECTING criticism from different corners, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday clarified that the state government was not giving compensation to the TECOM company for withdrawing from the Smart City.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, Pinarayi said the land would be taken over by the state government and would not be given to any private players.
