THE Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted bail to researcher Rona Wilson and activist Sudhir Dhawale, arrested in the Elgar Parishad-Maoist links case in 2018, saying that the trial in the case is yet to start. Granting the bail against a surety of ₹1 lakh each, a division bench of Justices AS Gadkari and Kamal Khata cited prolonged incarceration and non-framing of charges.
