Ooty varkey, Srivilli puthur palkova, Palani panchamirtham, Thoothukudi macaroons, and Kovilpatti kadalai mittai are some GI-tagged dishes of Tamil Nadu. Apart from these, there is a long list of food products like Virupakshi banana, Kodai malaipoondu, Erode manjal, Cumbum paneer grapes, Sirumalai banana, and Nilgiri honey to name a few.
