IN a temporary relief to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, the Karnataka High Court on Monday directed the special court trying cases against sitting and former MPs/MLAs in the city to defer the proceedings till August 29. the next date of hearing and, till then, not to precipitate matters over the complaints filed.
The plaints sought directions to order a probe against the CM in connection with the case of allotment of Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) sites to his wife Parvathy BM, for which Governor Thawarchand Gehlot had accorded sanction to prosecute him.
