EXTERNAL Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has met Bangladesh's Foreign Affairs adviser Md Touhid Hossain in New York and discussed bilateral ties.
The meeting between Jaishankar and his Bangladeshi counterpart on Monday evening came on the sidelines of the 79th Session of the United Nations General Assembly. This was the External Affairs Minister's first meeting with his Bangladeshi counterpart after an interim government led by Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus Khan took charge following the ouster of former prime minister Sheikh Hasina's Awami League regime.

Office space leasing hits record in Jan-Sept period
GROSS leasing activity in Q3 touched 19.89 million square feet (msqft) up 8.2% quarter-onquarter, making it the second best quarter, taking total area leased out so far this year to 53.43 mn sq.ft.
