Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd., representing Mainland China, was honored as Best Developer (Asia), alongside other winners from the region such as Lead8 for K11 Shanghai and Jiang & Associates Creative Design for Alibaba Beijing Chaoyang Science & Technology Park. Hong Kong and Macau also shone, with developers like China Resources Land winning for PANO HARBOUR and Lek Hang Group for Hotel Central Macau.
The Philippines emerged as the most awarded market with 12 accolades. Federal Land, Inc. received the Best Luxury Developer (Asia) title, with additional wins for Riverpark and The Estate Makati. Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates was named Best Industrial Developer (Asia), and RLC Residences gained recognition for The Residences at The Westin Manila. Notable projects included Mitsukoshi BGC by Sunshine Fort North Bonifacio Realty and Viento at Cerca by Alveo Land.
