Tropical Storm Ferdie leaves PAR; monsoon rains to continue

The southwest monsoon will continue to bring rains over parts of the country even as Tropical Storm Ferdie left the Philippine area of responsibility, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

The monsoon is currently affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Ferdie, was monitored 1,145 kilometers east of extreme Northern Luzon as of 10 a.m yesterday.
