Prof Yashawant Pathak, presently serving as a Professor & Associate Dean at University of South Florida, USA and founder member of the International Centre for Cultural Studies (ICCS) on a three-day visit to Odisha stressed the need to unite and share responsibilities towards bringing world peace, sustainable development and prosperity.

Prof Pathak, who is a recipient of many international awards and has published more than 70 books and travelled to more than 100 countries, has turned ICCS into a global Movement in which more than 1000 members of native communities from 75 cultures of 40 countries like Africa, North & South America, Europe, Australia, Southeast and East Asia have joined, spreading the ideals of universal well-being in tune with the Indian Philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.
