The pandemic severely disrupted HDB's building programme. We have been working hard to catch up and avoid further delays, while ensuring that quality and safety are not compromised.

Measures taken include expediting authority approvals, facilitating construction works at night and on weekends where feasible, as well as supporting our construction partners in their manpower and cashflow situation.

As the majority of flat buyers wish to receive their keys early and begin their renovations even as precinct facilities are being completed, we prioritised the completion of flats over the precinct facilities.
