YOU won't usually catch Jack Hughes watching Love Island.
But he's a big fan of "cheeky chappy" Leopards Leigh pal Keanan Brand whose own adventure on the Island has just came to a premature and sorry end.
Former Great Britain star Hughes, 31, admits that he and the other Leigh players feared that Keanan had gone AWOL when he disappeared last month.
But in fact, their teammate was busy preparing to enter the hit ITV2 reality dating show.
After Castleford's Jacques O'Neill made headlines on Love Island last year, Brand, 24, became the second Super League player to try and find fame in the villa.
Leopards second-row Hughes revealed: "Keanan went missing for a few days and there were a few raised eyebrows. We were trying to piece things together about what was happening.
"We didn't know if something personal was going on.
