Melanie, 36, sparked speculation last month by wearing what she laughed off as a "promise ring" from the Rolling Stones singer, 79, on her engagement finger.
But pals say the former ballerina - who met Mick in 2014 and is mum to his eighth child Deveraux, six admitted on a recent trip to New York they are engaged.
