NOVICHOK victim Charlie Rowley hopes the independent inquiry into partner Dawn Sturgess's death will help her family get closure.
But ahead of day one of the hearing, tomorrow, Charlie said there will be no justice until the hitmen responsible are caught.
Charlie, 51, said: "The inquiry must honour Dawn - it's important she gets justice because she was a wonderful woman.
