MIRANDA Hart has shone a light on her mystery illness and says she has "found a way out of the dark".
The 51-year-old actress told fans she has been floored for "10 very challenging years" by a chronic health condition that caused her to gain weight.
But the Miranda and Call the Midwife star insisted she was now on "a path to recovery". She aims to help others by telling her story in new book, I Haven't Been Entirely Honest With You, which is out on Thursday.
