Thomas Markle Jr is making money from YouTube clips spreading lies about Prince Harry's wife. He mocks his half-sister by posing as her in a wig and claiming her pregnancies were fake. Meghan and Thomas Jr have been embroiled in a family feud and reportedly not spoken in more than a decade.
Last night ex-BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond called the web rants "grotesque". She said: "To have your own flesh and blood lead the assault must feel like the ultimate betrayal for Meghan."
Thomas Jr receives electronic payments from viewers from his outbursts. It is believed he will also get ad revenue from YouTube.
On Friday, the smiling Sussexes walked hand-in-hand ahead of a fundraising Sentebale Polo Cup match in Wellington, Florida.
Meghan, 42, helped present the trophy to Harry, whose team Royal Salute Sentebale won the match 3-1, before kissing him.
The vile videos emerged weeks after Meghan's sisterin-law Kate Middleton, who is battling cancer, was bullied online.
We raised the content of Thomas Jr's videos with former tech minister Damian Collins, who accused online platforms of "profiting from misery".
He said: "The major social media companies must do more to combat harmful content on their platforms, including campaigns of harassment and intimidation. They have created systems that have not only allowed conspiracy theories to thrive, but are actively promoted by the recommendation systems designed by these big tech companies."
