The government recently concluded the auction of the 5G spectrum in India. The services are expected to pick up in the coming times once the network goes live by the end quarter of 2022.

With the introduction of 5G in the country, the demand for professionals skilled in 5G technology, Cloud Connectivity, content management, big data management, and Usage of data analytics along with content development for the new and emerging use cases like Metaverse will increase, says Deepak Pandit, chair professor, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, 12E and School of Management, BMU.
