If losing weight is your goal, but you aren’t keeping your stress levels in check, it can interfere in the health journey process and can lead to fat storage instead of burning.

2 SLEEP DEPRIVATION 

Lack of sleep can disrupt hunger hormones, leading to over eating and affecting weight loss which then disrupt other hormones. It then leads to the beginning of a vicious cycle of hormonal imbalance and further weight gain. Make sure you get enough sleep.
