Nashik/Nagpur: A day after Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai said that his government was actively considering the resolution of the Jath taluka villages to merge with Karnataka as the Maharashtra government had “failed” to address the water and irrigation problems there, his Maharashtra counterpart Eknath Shinde on Wednesday said that no village of Maharashtra will be allowed to merge with any other state.
