The Indian Premier League 2023 season is finally starting on March 31 with 10 teams to battle it out for the coveted title. Over the years, uncapped players from India have been a focus for many sides, getting quality and promising players from the domestic circuit. IPL has also helped uncapped players who did well a ticket in international cricket. A latest success story was that of Umran Malik who was a net bowler for SRH and came into the side as a replacement in IPL 2021. A defining season with wickets and pace helped him be selected for India. IPL 2023 will witness several key uncapped figures in the mix. Rinku Singh finally got his due last season after coming on the midway and showing his worth. IPL 2023 could be massive for Rinku as he looks set to feature in almost every game, bolstering the KKR middle order. Rinku has been with KKR for a long time from the youth set-up itself.
