Pfeiffer Georgi was just beginning to forge her identity as a cyclist when Lizzie Deignan won the inaugural Paris-Roubaix Femmes in 2021.
Three years ago Georgi was DSM's road captian and final lead-out rider for Lorena Wiebes, but now the dsmFirmenich rider is Britain's top Classics rider after taking third place at the Hell of the North. "This result means everything to me," she told Cycling Weekly after the race.
"When it came up on the screen, I was pretty emotional as this feels like a win.
