Business Traveller readers enjoyed an evening of networking, dinner and wine tasting on May 24, 2023 at an event with The Wine Flyer.
The Wine Flyer is a recently formed subsidiary of IAG Loyalty, enabling customers to earn and redeem Avios on purchases of wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. Since its launch in October last year, members have enjoyed a quarter of a million bottles, and the offering continues to expand.
At the event, more than 60 attendees were treated to a showcase of some of the wines available during a three-course dinner at No.4 Hamilton Place in London's Mayfair.
The starter featured smoked Goosnargh duck, watermelon and cashew satay paired with a Patricius Dry Furmint 2020 (Tokaji, Hungary) and a Chateau Ste Michelle Columbia Valley Riesling 2020 (Washington State, US).
