Margaret Urlich burst onto the music scene in 1985 in the Kiwi band Peking Man and became a defining voice of her generation.
The beloved singer, who went on to join the all-girl group When the Cat’s Away in 1986, lost her two-and-a-half year battle with cancer on August 22, aged 57.
Her cousin Peter Urlich paid tribute to Margaret last week, calling her “the most beautiful woman inside and out”.
