ANOTHER BABY, turning 50 and why he can't retire

As he gears up to celebrate his big birthday, Peter Andre chats to Woman

ANOTHER BABY, turning 50 and why he can't retire

It’s a huge year for Peter Andre. Not only does he turn 50 at the end of February, but 2023 also marks his 30th year in show business. And while Peter has a sparkling new tour coming up to celebrate his career milestone, he has much smaller plans to launch the start of his next decade. ‘I don’t want to do a big bash for my birthday,’ Peter tells Woman. ‘I want to go away with my wife for a couple of days and then I want to go away somewhere hot with all of the family.’

A true family man, it’s clear the Mysterious Girl singer is completely besotted with wife Emily, 33, and their two children, Amelia, nine, and Theo, six. Of course, the father-of-four is also super proud of his older kids, Junior, 17, and Princess, 15, who he shares with his ex, Katie Price. With his brood getting older and his work life seemingly busier than ever, Woman catches up with what’s been going on in casa Andre of late.

Hi Pete, how are you and the family doing?

Everyone’s good. We’ve had a few little tummy bugs going through the house again – they seem to be rife at the minute. Theo hasn’t been well for a few days and I’m feeling slightly under the weather, but that’s life.

We’re sorry to hear that. How is parenthood?

IS THERE ANYTHING MORE NOSTALGIC THAN CHRISTMASES PAST?

Do you remember the anticipation before the big day, pondering endlessly about what should go on your Christmas list? I would lovingly write two or three things down, pop it into an envelope and leave it by the fireplace to be wafted up the chimney like something out of Mary Poppins.
