My parents make me feel guilty
Q I am in my 50s and my parents are in their late 70s. I grew up with them telling me they loved me on the one hand and criticising me on the other. In their eyes, I was fat, stupid and married down. They are still hyper-critical of me. I am so angry and depressed around them that I have decided only to go when necessary, but this has made me feel even more guilty. Help.
