For years, Stacey Solomon has championed body positivity, embracing her ‘tummy rolls’ and encouraging her 5.9 million Instagram followers to do the same. But after admitting ‘I feel really unhealthy’ last year, the mum-of-five decided it was time to get her fitness back on track.
Stacey, 34, welcomed her two daughters, Rose, 17 months, and Belle, one, within a year-and-a-half of each other, in 2021 and 2023. So it’s hardly surprising that her health and fitness was put on the back-burner for a while.
But now it seems the Loose Women star has overhauled her lifestyle and is more determined than ever to stay in shape, admitting, ‘I feel stronger.’
