There's no denying that Phillip Schofield has probably had the most difficult year of his life. The TV veteran quit This Morning and later ITV altogether after admitting to an unwise but not illegal' affair with a younger male colleague and lying about it consistently - something that Phil, 61, confessed had made Steph, who he married in 1993, 'very, very angry. But now that the dust has settled on his scandal, it seems the pair have managed to move on and make amends. And new pictures show the couple looking happy and united once again, so will they be spending Christmas together as a family?
Back on good terms
When news of Phillip's affair first hit the headlines, he opened up, in a bombshell interview, about the moment he told Steph. '[It] was the most difficult conversation I've ever had to have with her. She is extremely disappointed because I lied to her as well.' He added, 'Things are not brilliant right now.
But it seems that time really is a healer, as a few months ago it was revealed that the pair, who share daughters Molly, 30, and Ruby, 27, were back on speaking terms, with a source revealing that Phil was making visits to the family home.
